1.2. Order Cancellations by Fitastic
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

- Suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, customers will be informed, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Products received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The customer returns the product in its original condition and packaging within the specified return period.

2.3. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to a bank account provided by the customer.
2.4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be processed if:
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product is used, damaged due to misuse, or not returned in its original packaging.
- Items fall under a non-returnable category (if specified during purchase).
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Fitastic will bear the return shipping costs.
